Louis Vuitton Gets Punk’d

The highly recognizable name and logo of Louis Vuitton is teaming up, once again, with the punk stylings of the late Stephen Sprouse. The 2001 creations of the “pioneer of punk” have been reinterpreted by Louis Vuitton creative director, Marc Jacobs for a brand new collection.

The Stephen Sprouse-Louis Vuitton collection will feature bright colors like orange, green and pink, and 80’s style graffiti graphics all screen-printed on the highly recognizable Monogram canvas. The collection will also offer amazing leather goods, including basketball-style sneakers created from the “Monogram Graffiti” with glow-in-the-dark details. Sunglasses, jewelry and other accessories made with the same high-voltage colors are also included in the line.
The “Monogram Roses” collection, which was originally only available in ready-to-wear, includes leather goods, such as fabulous wallets and highly sought-after handbags.

Louis Vuitton is one of the most recognizable names in fashion and is one of the oldest fashion houses in the world. The exclusive creations can only be found in the company’s stand alone retail boutiques, at high-end department stores and at select online retailers.
