The International Sailing Federation revised and published the Racing Rules of Sailing for 2009- 2012 and as of January 1, 2009 they are in effect. Whether you race or want to begin racing you’ll need to familiarize yourself with the changes and be sure you have them handy. Here are a few ways you can get your hands on the latest edition:
